Dr. Hasan Al Faruque is a postdoc research associate in the Department of Molecular Pharmaceutics at the University of Utah. He received his DVM and M.S. degree in Theriogenology from Bangladesh Agricultural University. Then He obtained his Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from the Kyungpook National University in Korea. His postdoctoral studies were done at the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology, Korea (DGIST, 2017-2020). From 2021-2022, he was a staff (researcher) at DGIST. His research focused on extracellular vesicles and nanoparticle-based drug delivery in cancer. Later, he worked as a postdoc research associate at the Department of Molecular Pharmaceutics, University of Utah, under the supervision of Professor Jindrich Kopecek, where his research focused on combination chemotherapy and immune therapy and drug-free macromolecular therapeutics.
